Compliance Summary Remarks:
Since the last inspection the pit beside the Well head has been filled in. There is still the 5 trees beside the unit and a old 5 gallon drum. There is a small amount of oil on top of the Well head and a small amount on the ground beside the Well head. This was not here at the last inspection on 9-13-2023. GPS is 33.28725 -92.33500
